USA Hockey Registration
How to Get Your USA Hockey Number
Every player must register with USA Hockey each season. Follow these steps to retrieve the confirmation number that we request on the roster intake form.
Registration Steps
- 1. Visit https://membership.usahockey.comOpens in new tab.
- 2. Click "Register Now".
- 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration form.
- 4. When you reach the Participant's Mailing Address page do not check the box labeled:
"Check box if player is participating in a USA Hockey Disabled Discipline (Sled, Special, Amputee, Deaf or Blind) for the 20xx–20xx Season."
This option only applies to first-year minors joining USA Hockey and does not apply to Warrior program participants.
- 5. After completing your purchase, click "View and Print Confirmation".
- 6. Your Confirmation Number is your USA Hockey Number — please save or print it for your records.

Once you have your USA Hockey Number, head back to the roster eligibility intake form to complete your submission.
